Your Data & Rights

We are here to help. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over your personal data, and Beyond Basics has appointed a Grievance Officer to help you exercise them.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

• Access a summary of the personal data we process about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your personal data and delete your account.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can update your name, download a copy of your personal data, withdraw consent and delete your account directly from Settings > Data & Privacy inside the app. For anything else, email us using the details above.

We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and endeavour to resolve them within a reasonable period, and in any case within the timelines required by applicable law.
